Our Arrangement Process

The arrangement process can be a difficult thing to go through, often complicated by grief and fatigue. We have tried to make the process as easy as possible for the families we serve. All arrangements can be made online, over the phone, or in person – whichever you prefer. Everything can be handled online from the comfort of your home or our staff can meet with you in person at one of our offices.

We will explain your options and the pricing associated with those choices. Once we know what you are looking for we will give you a total price that includes all fees, disbursements and taxes. We promise full transparency and no hidden or unexpected fees.

We will obtain all necessary information, documentation and signatures from you either in person or online, which ever you prefer. We will transfer your loved one in to our care and complete all requested arrangements.

We will return your loved one's remains as well as the Proof of Death certificates. We will also assist you with various estate issues such as Canada Pension Plan Death Benefit and Survivor Benefit applications.
